- Chosen by Voters Ok. There's not enough information here to pinpoint a problem but you're missing the boat on either the eating plan or the exercise routine. In 5 weeks of proper eating and working out you should be seeing at least a 10 to 15 pound weight loss. You don't tell us about your diet so you need to drop those calories to no less than 1200 a day. This is the lowest limit you can eat and still lose a healthy 2 to 3 pounds a week. I like the workout routine but you need to switch to at least 5 to 6 days of cardio 30 to 40 minutes a day. The bc won't make any difference to your weight loss. Good luck! you cannot lose 15 pounds in 3 weex, sorry. but you can lose 9 pounds at most. just do 1 hour od cardio, 1 gallon of water a day, and eat healthy. 4 years ago .

But if your not happy with your body, I would suggest eating more fruits and vegetable, cut out all chips, cookies etc. Since you are an athlete, eat the white part of an egg (it has tons of protein) not the yellow. Eat more meat. NOT BACON!!!! How is Green Tea Beneficial in weight loss?
I have been drinking 5 cups of green tea a day for years. Not because of the health benefits just because I like green tea. So when this whole tea fad started I had to do some research. I found out that green tea actually has far less antioxidants than pomegranate, and about 1/10 the antioxidants as red currants. So, really on the scale it's not all that great. However, green tea also has caffeine in it which is a metabolism stimulator and also a slight laxative. Also recently I have been using green tea to curb cravings. Say if I want to eat something but I'm not really hungry, or if I want something sweet? a little tea with a little honey is perfect.
