But if your not happy with your body, I would suggest eating more fruits and vegetable, cut out all chips, cookies etc. Since you are an athlete, eat the white part of an egg (it has tons of protein) not the yellow. Eat more meat. NOT BACON!!!! Eat things like tuna or turkey and things like that.Workout for an hour and a half at least four times a week.You should be getting 2000 calories a day. 4 years ago 100% 1 Vote
