- Chosen by Voters Ok. There's not enough information here to pinpoint a problem but you're missing the boat on either the eating plan or the exercise routine. In 5 weeks of proper eating and working out you should be seeing at least a 10 to 15 pound weight loss. You don't tell us about your diet so you need to drop those calories to no less than 1200 a day. This is the lowest limit you can eat and still lose a healthy 2 to 3 pounds a week. I like the workout routine but you need to switch to at least 5 to 6 days of cardio 30 to 40 minutes a day. The bc won't make any difference to your weight loss. Good luck!
